Donna's Egg Soufflé Recipe - Compliments of Donna Piasecki

Ingredients

8 Eggs slightly beaten
6 Slices of bread, cubed, with crust left on
2 Cups of Milk
1 Cup cheddar cheese, grated
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of dry mustard
1 Pkg. Of Broccoli
1 Lb. Of pork sausage, cooked & drained 
or 1 Lb. Of ham cubed

Directions
Mix ingredients together in large bowl; refrigerate over night or least 12 hours. Add meat ingredient prior to baking. Pour mixture in a greased 9" X 13" casserole pan. Preheat oven to 350 deg. F then bake egg soufflé for 35 minutes. Serve by cutting baked soufflé in 3" X 3" squares.
