Preliminary Piasecki Family History Information: Compliments of Dena Rae Sabin of  Maryborough, Qld, Australia

Waclaw (Walter) Piasecki was born on Aug. 11, 1881 in Wroclawek. He married Lucia Lewandowski of Krakow in 1906 and he migrated to the U.S. (Milwaukee, Wisconsin) in 1910 and she followed in 1912 with their two sons, Walter (b. 1907) and Sidney "Ziggy" (b. 1909). They had 8 children total, 5 more born in Milwaukee, and my mother, Louise Sophia Piasecki (Sabin) born in Owosso, Michigan on Jan. 3, 1923. Our decedents are from Silesia and Galacia (19th century names when Poland had been partitioned.)
