US 31 Bar B Q Recipe - Compliments of Donna Piasecki
1 cup sweet pickle relish
1/2 cup catsup
1/2 cup mustard
1/2 cup white vinegar
1 small t. chili powder
1/4 t. salt
1 cup sugar
1 head of cabbage
Mix all and let set out on counter for 24 hours.
Bake a pork roast @ 350 until it falls apart.
Add topping to meat on sandwich buns.
*Serve meat in the roasting juice. These are messy but would be good to serve
to a crowd.
